Ok, the picture threw me off then.

Three reasons why I didn't think it was MQB:
1. Doesn't really look like it (could be the picture, or my monitor, or both)
2. The headlight cubbies and grill area are painted, whereas they are not from GM
3. That paint is in very rough shape, and mine being the same age and living it's life almost exclusively outside, is still shining quite well.

But if it really is MQB, you may be able to find a can of it at paintscratch.com. I haven't checked, you might not being as it's a pretty rare color, but it's worth a shot. If you can, you can use that to do a quick job that should match relatively well excluding fading.

Just paint the car midnight metallic blue, it would look awsome in the sun and black at nite
