Default Engine swap

I'm looking to swap my engine and needed to know if a 3.8l from a 97 Camaro will fit in my 99 Camaro which is also a 3.8l or if I will need to modify anything? If so what will I need to modify?

You'll need to keep you're upper intake, throttle body and most the sensors, other than that it's the same.
