Default my daily

My firebird used to be my daily but because of some issues Ive set her aside to work on her. My daily is a 1996 Mercedes-Benz C220

well seeing as the drivers side one is broke.... not really lol. and they only move when you spray the windshield washer. I guess its really dusty in germany? so they are there to clean your head lights? I have no idea.
