Default Beginning to Now

I just wanted to show how it started off.

this is it the day I bought it for $500 I was so happy.

This is the first tear into day, The motor had 207,000 on it with a blown head gasket.

Parts building up.

Motors finally out. Im use to pulling out the top from all the other cars Ive had, but I will be pulling out the bottom next time on this one.

tear down stage.

gittin some color. I decided to paint it the 60s pontiac metallic blue since Im going with and older theme

Polished upper Plenum. I used an orbital sander with an 80 grit paper and a dremal tool

Polished intake runners. also use a dremal tool

all together.

in the Car.

And thats It For now.

love seein a beautiful 3.4 !

btw.... my lim ports are also polished (and painted) but i'm starting to wonder if thats a bad thing. From what i've read you want the material AFTER the injectors to still be somewhat gritty and not smooth. This helps air flow (think golf ball exterior if you will).

Just kinda throwin that out there.
