I don't wanna spend more than around 150 so I've pretty much narrowed it down to 2 things:

I like this one cause I don't have/listen to any cds at all so I don't really need a cd player. Plus I think it would be cool to put a bunch of music on a little SD card and just leave it in there. I also listen to my iPod a lot

I like this one because of the integrated iPod controls.

I'm not really sure wich one I should get, any thoughts?

I like Pioneer, my stuff has never steered me wrong with them so I say go for the Pioneer. In fact when I get a new HU for my car it will be a pioneer with possible in dash cd changer, or I may just get the reg cd changer a trunk it!

I can say Pioneer FTW without a doubt, however I did own a Blaupunkt tape deck way back in the day, and it was pretty nice too.

I would go Pioneer as well. Plus you never know when you may have a cd you want to try out.

I would go with the Pioneer without a doubt. Pioneer is hands down my brand of choice for headunits. I've had very good luck with all of my pioneer decks that I've installed in my car, my sisters car, my friends cars, and other friends that had them installed elsewhere. And even though you may never listen to cds, I think it may be nice if you've got a friend that gets in your car and has a cd that they want you to listen to or something, you can still pop it in and play it.

I got a $600 Alpine head unit for $25 and I LOVE it! The only problem I have found is that the CD player dose not play MP3 as it is a fairly old head unit, but it dose have an input for an Ipod and a CD changer.

$600 is alot of money to spend on a head unit though, so I HIGHLY recomend Pioneer, and if you can, get the Pioneer Premmer series headunit as they have sleeker designs and more features.

Stay away from the Sony xploid BS, bothe headunits and speakers are crap.

Yeah sony sucks. My friend has a 10" xplod in his truck and thinks its the coolest thing in the world. If I ever spent 600 bucks on a HU, it would be the Avic d3 touchscreen one. That ones cool. lol
Which one did you get for $25?

If you use your IPod a lot for music, don't get the pioneer. The IPod interface on them suck horridly. I have a P490IB and it's a great unit, i like the features it has for the price i got it for. But the IPod interface... ugh. Theres no way to scroll through the menus or do some sort of fast sorting... so you're forced to press the down or up arrow a million times to get to the artist you want. If you have playlists then i guess you're ok... but i'm too lazy to make playlists. And when you have 10GB of music... it's nice to have a way to quickly scroll thourgh the artists.
