whats you point?

there are no rules about asking for photoshop pics in relation to post count. its not like you have a buch of posts for how long you have been here either...

I suck at photoshop, but it gives you an idea... I just used that ink dropper and used it on the synergy color thingy and chopped the rims off of it... all in 5 mins.

Oh and 93jbird you might want to think about taking some aircraft stripper to your wheels and polishing them. just a suggestion that is might look really good with the iroc rims polished and not white ya know?

hey jbird, I thought I would try to help you out a little. I'm sorta new to photoshop but I've been photochopping my car a lot. I did a quick photoshop for you. I work better with low light levels. This sorta looks weird but it gives you an idea. Let me know if you want to try something else

I googled it and every one looked like a different shade. You got a pic like the one you want?

Like he said before a different picture of your car would work out better. There is too much sun in that picture to really make it look any good.

tell you what, get me a pic thats less direct sun light (like partly cloudy) and a pic of the color you want and i'll get you a better pic. direct sunlight is hard to correct the highlight and shadows after you change the color.

Synergy green is a hard color to use for a photoshop.... its damn near different in every picture you see, and it looks even more different in person.

Here you go, if you get me a pic of your car at that angle I'll use your car.

Thats what it looked like to me when I saw it in person.

Nah, I'm not too big on it. I can see why the only green was the dark green.

I will try. The white is really washed out by the direct sunlight. the black will look flat because there is no reflections in the side of the car. in the shade works well in your case. the reflections are what make it look good. especially in black. ;)

I can't get it black, there is to much light on the car. Best I can do is gray and only a medium gray at that.

Do a black matte and add the lighting reflections in After Effects.

I have it in matte color, but how does one go about doing the lighting. I'm self taught and have never messed with lighting.

Thats better than what I got to. I've messed with the shadows and what not. I still don't how they work though i just adjust till I get a something I like.

How I did it was to remove the color on the car, then go over it with a low opacity dark gray, and then go over it with a black in soft light. That's all in gimp though.

I could probably do that in Photoshop but..... i'm a novice :hillbilly:
