I've been looking for this exhaust manifold bolt everywhere
Part Number: 10191777

It was so rusted that it sheared off during removal of my manifold. The bolt has been discontinued and no GM dealership in the country has it in stock.

Pulled a couple likely prospects from the junkyard... off an S10 and a Camaro but neither seems to fit. Does anyone have access to a cross-reference list so I can see exactly what vehicles use this same bolt?

Also if someone has some insight into where in the world to find this would be nice as well.
>>Edit: I found some in Russia but I think they only ship locally. Also I can't read Russian/the pages don't translate very well.

Thanks!

P.S. My car is a 95 firebird 3.4L

What bolt is that? I have all my factory bolts if you need any of them.

It's one of the short exhaust manifold bolts that go on either side (not the long middle ones).

Any grade 8 (preferably) that's the same size and thread pitch will work. When I went from manifolds to headers I got different bolts than stock and from what came in the set. No need to look for an EXACT OEM replacement for a simple bolt

i'm running grade 8 bolts with lock washers on my headers and they have stayed tight for 8 months now.

yes sir. you'll just need to find the thread and pitch of your bolt. if you have one out then it should be easy.

I did my 3.8 this last weekend, but anticipated the bolts breaking. My dealer looked up the bolts description and saw that they were 50 mm M8s with a 125 pitch. He had OEM equivalent replacements the next day. As many have said, any quality bolt will do as long as you can find the right bolt spec.

any quality? i disagree. the right spec its of course a must but you'll want re tighten them 2 or 3 times, my opinion is get grade 8. i've yet to need to tighten mine after i installed the headers.
