So I changed my oil today and now this happened.... I really hope it isn't a blown head gasket. Maybe I put too much oil? Any ideas?

What does it smell like? Oil, fuel, or sweet?

It doesn't smell sweet to me but to be honest I'm not sure what burnt antifreeze smells like.

generally white smoke is a sign of coolant burning. i noticed some lifter tick when you were revving the motor. I would keep an eye on your coolant and get a hold of a coolant pressure tester. Blue smoke is a sign of oil burning. I can really tell the color of the smoke from the video.

what does your dip stick read? make sure the tube is pressed down into the block near the oil pan to ensure proper reading.

Check engine light came on today , had it checked said misfire and 2 codes for running rich in bank 1 and bank 2. So I'm assuming I put a little too much oil

How many quarts of oil did you put in the car?
