    Default New Bird

Since the eclipse my brother had been driving died he went and picked up a 96 3.8 bird a4 non y87. It was cheap and he needed a car. I must say its much slower than my camaro, 3.08's suck.

I wish I had a spare f-body, The bird and the red camaro are my brothers. No there is no plan on modding it too much, and Im not too much of a fan of the bird's interior but it was the cheapest f-body we could find.

    3.08's are that bad huh?

I got 3.08's in the back of my 3.8. I'm hoping to make the jump to 3.73's soon. World of difference?
I've never ridden in another 3.8 f-body, let alone one with higher gears.

I noticed a bit of difference from test driving 3.08's and 3.23's. I too will be going 3.73 at some point.

Theres a big difference from 3.08s to 3.42s. 4.10s are much more fun. Oh and we have modded it, we took that stupid t handle shifter the birds have and replaced it with a camaro one and it just got firebird mudflaps.
