94 and 95 3100's have stamped 1.6 rocker that will bolt on with stock valve covers(3.4), ls1 springs and seats are good for an upgrade
(3400) with machine work to make the seats fit, and there are plenty of cam options(gmpp, lunati, comp, ect.) including custom grinds for the high compression ratio of the 3x00 swap(more duration).
