I did concider a chevy, and would actually prefer one. This one was really a great deal, the right timing, and had a lot of the stuff i would want done. I know it was well maintained, and not beaten on. Dodge was my second choice though, I've just always loved the front end styling.

From personal experience... keep a close eye on the transmission and rear end on those trucks.... both are weak links....

That truck does look nice, just be forewarned about what John said. Trannys and rear end in the Dodges pre 2008 are pretty bad. I actually like the truck though. Seen a 2011 2500, cream colored.....extremely nice

He wanted 11 for the truck, after trade and all i got it for around 10ish. (after paying off the balance on the car). Im gonna have to keep my right foot light if i plan to make the tranny last, though it feels pretty peppy for such a heavy truck with big wheels.

I guess i deserve the bit*h status for a while, but it did pain me to get rid of the car. The truck is growing more on me every day though.

    I'm gonna miss that car

Ram looks great though, those headlights look akward though.

I don't need a dash with inlaid bavarian walnut, but plastics that last would have been nice. That is not the case in my car.
