    I never heard of changing the heater fittings. So if I wanted I could hack off the fittings on mine and opt to run my L26 idler assembly? or at the least maybe steel the fittings off it?

    those won't bolt up to your idler assembly. there's no location for the bolts in the end. however that look very close to assembly on our motors. it probably will fit as a direct replacement. then you can ditch the hoses and run standard heater hose (5/8 & 3/4)

    they were a life saver. my hoses were junk.

    jim be sure to get a length of 5/8 & 3/4 heater hose to use on those adapters.

    Yeah just grabbed my other one, and my RWD L36 for reference.



    The FWD version has a piece on the back side of it that would get in the way of our set up, you can see by the way it lies
