If you scroll through the pics you will see a pictures that someone has taken at atlantic station with some lambos.

It would be good to have a photo spot in mind since it is kind of hard to get a group shot at the hotel. Atlantic Station looks great.
My other suggestion is the upper deck at the original Varsity. I know it is not as classy, but it is an Atlanta institution.

ok i've been collecting the material I need to build the flag pole rack. Its going to mostly be built out of PVC and i'll paint it a nice silver color to make it look good.

i'll build it so that it can be taken apart.

my concern is that the flags will hang too low and that the pole will need to be taller to hang them up high enough to get them out of the way to go in and out of the tent.

I'll make the flag pole 5ft to try and make the ends of the flag stay as high as they can. we will need to tie the sides to the legs pretty tight to make sure they don't go anywhere.

Also is there a place to tie to in the center from the outside to keep it from sagging. going from memory the canopy covers the frame and there aren't any holes.

    Thanks.

The tubing for the sides is not very sturdy. We may need to run a vertical pipe to the ground for a center support. We could tie that to the center of the canopy frame.

i'll bring my rope. we can tie it to the center if there is sagging. I'm getting some donated 12- 5ft 1 in pvc so that will cut some cost out of this thing. it shouldn't be very heavy.

Yeah, we will make it work.

I reread my post, the 4 legs are fairly sturdy. My concern is relying too much on the folding span between the legs.

It will probably be light enough to not cause an issue and I should be able to make a run to Lowe's or Home Depot for materials if we do have to add support.

Do you have enough pipe to run the side legs all the way to the ground instead of relying on clamping/tying to the legs of the canopy?

If we just rely on the canopy structure as something to lean against and hold the flag poles upright, but not carry all the weight, it may be more secure.

    This is just a suggestion.

Got the flag setup ready. Here is what it will look like. I've also got 2 ft extent ions to raise it up on each leg

    Donated pipe for the cause

    Other materials

    Mock up

Final product minus the stars and stripes and 2 ft shorter than it will be

The pipe is painted a metalic silver.
