Looking for a vehicle inspection report

Hi guys , I wanted to know if anyone knows a site to get a cheap carfax or vir I plan on buying a car but they have no title so I want to make sure its not pawned or anything. Please let me know thanks

can the state tax office not research that for you? That varies from state to state. but I know that you cannot get it licensed without a title in MS. Titles have to be requested from the state here.

I'm sure there are other sites but carfax would likely be one of the better ones.
