Smile Installed a new"er" console today

I went down to the local junkyard cause i was needing some various stuff and i picked up a 2000 console out of a camaro and just got done installing it in my 94. It looks good aside from the gap up front. But whenever i take my car to the body shop to get re-painted and all that jazz i will get em to fabricate a small peice of fiberglass painted black to fill the gap.

Now i got 4 cup holders instead of just 1 plus my center lid was broken on my 94 and this 00 console was in very nice shape. It was a PITA to remove though since it had no keys and was in park before i could remove the final screw i had to pull up the center peice. And since it was stuck in park i couldn't lift it up. Ended up having to use a sawzall and cut the shifter knob off just so i could lift it up.

no doubt that one cup holder is a joke.

i will. as of right now the radio bezel is cut in half for the radio to fit. I have to go back and fit the bottom bottom piece and fill the gap. I hope to be finishing it this week for the show.
