it should be pretty easy to model for 3rd and 4th gens. i'll have to find a 3rd gen to measure. maybe someone has it modeled already somewhere.

Unfortunately I don't have an extra third light. Though maybe I could take measurements of mine for you. Just let me know which ones you need. There is a pretty good curve in it though.

Camaro, Firebird and Trans Am covers would be pretty cool. I'm sure you could sell the crap out of them.

so i decided to try a first shot of something. I think its going to work.

How strong are these pieces?

this one is pretty strong. and abs is pretty flexible before it actually will break.

FDM 3d printing has its weaknesses.

but I've learned a little bit about print direction to improve the strength on some parts.

what are thinking about. I can print something and show you how strong it is.

yeah if i can get a pic of the curve perfectly from the side i can scale it with the dimensions and get really close to the actual size.

the further away you are from it the less perspective skew gets in the picture but it also reduces the quality of the photo in the process.

they shouldn't be much on amazon or something. if i need to get one to model it
