My best guess would be my builder bought at either LKQ or local South Bend place called Barry's.

I've been waiting on someone to start reproducing the cushions so i can replace them. its getting about that time when companies should start to justify the cost of the tool to the demand that is out there. I believe these seats are at that point where someone can make some decent change off new replacements and not just junk yard refurbished stuff.
