Finally made it through emissions test, barely. Right at the max HC. What finally worked was lowering the Main Spark table to somewhere around 10-15 deg at idle, raising the cooling fan temp to 205 deg and raising idle to 875. All of that was after putting in 18# injectors.

Used DataCat to do a log to check the inj DC. Ran it up to 5500 RPM at full throttle and was surprised to only see it reach 80%. This is in a truck and I'm not drag racing so that should work fine for me.
